CampusFrance's status as a public interest group reflects its cooperative approach to sharing France's strengths in education, training, science, and technology.
The board of directors of Agence CampusFrance includes representatives from government ministries: National education, Foreign affairs, Culture, Industry and from public and private institutions of higher education : Universities and engineering schools, Schools of business and management and Other institutions
All member institutions participate in the governance of Agence CampusFrance. The members meet annually to review the report of the past year and to approve the program for the coming year.
The board of directors comprises equal numbers of representatives from government and education, the latter appointed by the conference of university presidents (Conférence des présidents d'université, CPU), the conference of directors of engineering schools and programs (Conférence des directeurs d'écoles et formations d'ingénieurs, CDEFI), the Conférence des grandes écoles (CGE), and the national foundation for business education (Fondation nationale pour l'enseignement de la gestion des entreprises, FNEGE).
Gérard BINDER is CampusFrance's president, Thierry AUDRIC its director general. With assistant director Béatrice KHAIAT, they constitute the agency's management team.
CampusFrance relies on the services of an advisory committee composed of individuals and organizations well positioned to provide advice and counsel concerning the agency's strategy and activities. The committee includes French leaders in international education, science, and business, as well as representatives of government and the nonprofit sector.
